Job Summary
Plan and supervise structural and finishing construction works (concrete structure, interior and exterior finishing) on-site, ensuring work proceeds according to approved plans, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work-specific construction plans and method statements and obtain necessary approvals
- Develop site layout and temporary facility plans, and communicate work instructions to subcontractors as directed
- Prepare and revise safety procedures and risk assessments for construction activities
- Confirm material specifications and quantities, plan delivery and installation schedules, and inspect incoming materials
- Coordinate off-site fabrication (e.g., prefabricated components) inspection and delivery scheduling
- Plan and request inspection/checkpoints together with the QA/QC team and the client
- Verify construction quantities and progress, and monitor manpower and equipment allocation and productivity by work type
- Participate in daily construction cycle meetings and manage subcontractor productivity and workmanship

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent construction training
- Minimum 2 years of site construction experience in the relevant discipline
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and tolerances
- Working knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD skills are required
- Good communication skills in English and/or Korean
